Position Summary:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll have an opportunity to work with every area within the marketing discipline including, online advertising, SEO, SEM, Email, Social Media, On-Campus Marketing, and Market Research.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing programs based on direction and guidance from the marketing discipline lead.
- Compile reports on competitive positioning, marketing, and social media campaigns. Provide findings and actionable insights to the team.
- Be the expert on students as consumers; understand their online shopping behaviors and what drives their purchase decisions.
- Own multi-channel reporting, update reports on a weekly basis, provide a high level overview of results.
- Conduct research and analyze customer and partner feedback and make recommendations.
- Support Social Media Manager in creating content & monitoring social media channels.
- Manage fulfillment of prizes and rewards for marketing campaigns.
- Create and distribute coupon codes to partners and affiliates.
- Assist with creating marketing emails and other collateral, QA as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- 0-2 Years of Experience in Marketing. College Hires welcome
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Passion for marketing and demonstrated track-record of marketing during internships or leadership experiences
- Self-starter who is results-driven and highly motivated to learn and contribute to the team's success
- Highly analytical able to gather insights from data and proposing recommendations for change
- Proven track record in performing well in a fast paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
- Strong communications and writing skills with a creative flair
- Design skills preferred
- Sense of humor absolutely required
